Our resolution for 2024: Win As One.

To get ready and get active, join North of Tyne Mayor Jamie Driscoll, the Compass team and others for our 2024 campaign briefing, where you can hear all about what we have planned for Win As One over the coming months leading up to the election, and find out how you can get involved.

Our rotten electoral system promotes tribal, short-term thinking, and forces parties to commit to as little as they can in order to make it into power. The cost? Meaningful action on climate change, poverty and injustice.

This can’t carry on. The stakes have never been higher. We have to change the system, and our chance to do that is fast approaching.

Join us via Zoom on Wednesday 31st January at 6:00pm for our a Win As One campaign briefing to find out more about our 2024 plans and get active. On the call, we’ll hear from Jamie first about his experience of grassroots organising and why local action is crucial to progressives winning in the upcoming election.

Then the local campaigns team will takeover to give you an update on  current local group activity, how to get involved and the resources needed to take action wherever you are. We’ll answer some of the questions you might have – or others might ask for you.
