Where now for progressive politics? An evening with Clive Lewis, Molly Scott Cato, Layla Moran, John Harris and others, hosted by Compass.

Post Brexit and Johnson’s big win, what are the deep ideas and strategies to win next time? Because we can’t afford to lose again.

Event audience

If there is to be a meaningful Progressive Alliance that wins office and power, it has to be built on values, trust, and policies – from the bottom up as well as from the top down.

And how does formal politics connect to emerging collaborative action already taking place in civil society and the new economy? This is where real and radical hope comes from. A new society demands a new politics. Come and help build it.

Where are we and where do we go now? To help us orientate ourselves, come and join:

  • Clive Lewis MP – Labour
  • Molly Scott Cato – Green Party (replacing Caroline Lucas MP)
  • Layla Moran MP – Liberal Democrats
  • Tommy Sheppard MP – SNP
  • Jon Cruddas MP – Labour
  • Sue Tibballs – Sheila McKechnie Foundation
  • John Harris – the Guardian

Chaired by Compass’ Neal Lawson.

Wednesday 18 March, 7-9pm, at the Emmanuel Centre, Marsham Street, London.
