Compass Taunton is an alternative or an addition to the local political parties and we can campaign on any issue that you think is relevant to building a more equal, sustainable and democratic society.

This will be our 5th meeting and we will be discussing many topics including Compass and it’s campaigns, the EU and the political situation in Taunton now that Jeremy Browne is standing down. In September we spoke about the Action for Rail day, which we actively supported on 19th August and the lessons of the campaign in Scotland.

All are welcome to attend and there will also be an opportunity to raise any issues or campaigns that you are interested in. On Tuesday 11th November Transition Towns will be having a talk on REeconomy AT 7PM, the Creative Innovation Centre, Paul Street, Taunton.
