It’s been almost a year since the Merseyside region got its first Metro Mayor. So what’s he been up to?

Compass Merseyside invites you to join Steve Rotheram and fellow citizens from the area to talk through the challenges and opportunities he has faced in his first year in office and most importantly the prospects for our region.

We’ll be focusing on how to improve chances for young people, the greening of our city region, the democratic deficit in this devolution initiative, plans for our local transportation links, and how the six local authorities can link up and collaborate for the common good of all of our citizens across the region.

There will be plenty of chance for discussion and debate.
