Public Rail Day of Action

All over!

This is the day when we find out how much more we have to pay for our train tickets next year. (Fares are linked to the level of inflation announced on this day). Rail fares in the UK are already ridiculous – how much higher will they go?

If rail was in public hands, it would save £1.2 billion, which could be used to cut fares by 18% across the board. Enough is enough. Join passengers around the country to stand up for fair fares and public ownership!
