Creating a vision for a Progressive Government – a cross-party approach

Bournemouth International Centre, Exeter Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5BH

We’re holding a session about our new project at the Green Party Spring Conference, in Bournemouth, 3rd March. The Common Platform is an ideas and policies space to bring together the best progressive thinking of our times – and to build the relationships that will make the next progressive government successful.

Further info on the room will be provided in the conference guide.

We’ll have a Compass stall at conference on both days- so come and say hello if you’re attending! We always like to hear from Green Compass people.

About the event

Britain’s next Government must be a progressive one. And it can’t be shy. We need to radically break away from almost everything the Tory Government stands for. This challenge is too big, too important for one party to have all the answers. This is why we’re inviting progressives from all parties and none to start thinking, working, dreaming together, to craft a shared vision for a better future – a vision that sets the direction for a plural, progressive Government. We call it the Common Platform.

Come and help us work it out.

This session is hosted by Neal Lawson, Chair of Compass with Siân Berry.
