Terms and conditions
T&Cs: This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. A booking form must be received by Monday 9 June 2008; we cannot guarantee to accept bookings after this date. Due to security, registration on the day of the event is strictly subject to availability and at the discretion of the organisers. Conference details will be issued subject to receipt of payment. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information. If you've not heard from us by Wednesday 11 June 2008 please contact us. Cancellations confirmed in writing by Friday 30 May 2008 will be refunded in full. We cannot refund after Friday 30 May however we will accept substitutions up to Thursday 12 June 2008. Bookings made after Friday 30 May 2008 are not refundable. Delegates must conduct themselves in a responsible and reasonable manner on the day of the conference. Delegates should treat speakers and other attendees with respect. Delegates that heckle or disrupt the proceedings of the day will receive a verbal warning and any further disruptions will result in a delegate being asked to leave. Compass reserves the right to change the schedule, venue or speakers and reserve the right to decline booking applications.
