A board member to ensure progress is made in diversifying Compass membership to ensure we better reflect the society we operate in and in integrating power and privilege perspectives into all of our work.
This will include:
- Evaluating Compass P&P position to date.
- Working with the executive team and the board to develop a strategic approach and set goals.
- Working with the Board and staff to ensure P&P issues are systematically dealt with.
- Evaluating the success of P&P approach and making recommendations for improvement.
